I was the guest of the excellent Discover Children’s Story Centre in Stratford, London today – within a gold-medal-winning discus throw of the Olympic Park – to present Farmer Clegg’s Night Out, illustrated by Jim Field and published by Macmillan Children’s Books. There were lots of farmyard noises! The reading was followed by a book signing and a fun farm-themed craft session making Mariachi Pigs! Thanks to Sally Goldsworthy, Story Builder Abiola and their colleageus for making me feel so welcome.
