Jim Field and I had a great Rich Witch, Poor Witch event at the Bath Festival of Children’s Literature on October 5th. Much witch-hat-making fun was had by a sell-out audience of small people and their mums and dads. Here’s a snap of the two of us afterwards, taken by Emily Ford, our excellent editor from Macmillan, whose brilliant support stretched to drawing outlines for witches’ hats AND treating us afterwards in one of Bath’s many houses of restoration.
