The Great Balloon Hullaballoo, illustrated by Mei Matsuoka, is shortlisted for the Hillingdon Picture Book Award, 2014, supported by the London Borough of Hillingdon. The shortlisted books will be read by schoolchildren throughout the borough and a winner will be announced in June.
