It’s raining and the animals are playing hide and seek in the Ark. Where can they hide? Noah knows all their usual places. Then Fox has an idea… but it’s somewhere out of bounds – and where the temptation to play dressing up is just too great!
My first picture book and still one of my favourites, A Lark in the Ark is hilariously illustrated by Lynne Chapman and published by Egmont. It was shortlisted for the Red House Children’s Book Award, 2009, and for the Booktrust Best Book Awards 2014 in the Best Tech category, for a fab version with simultaneous signing in British Sign Language, produced by the excellent ITV Signed Stories.
